New Mexico Man Stopped by Police for Traffic Violation Subjected to Forced Anal Exams, Enemas, Colonoscopy and Other Medical Procedures

This 4 On Your Side investigation looks into the actions of police officers and doctors in Southern New Mexico.

A review of medical records, police reports and a federal lawsuit show deputies with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office, police officers with the City of Deming and medical professionals at the Gila Regional Medical Center made some questionable decisions.

The incident began January 2, 2013 after David Eckert finished shopping at the Wal-Mart in Deming. According to a federal lawsuit, Eckert didn’t make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement.

Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, said in an interview with KOB that after law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. Law enforcement thought that was probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. While officers detained Eckert, they secured a search warrant from a judge that allowed for an anal cavity search.

The lawsuit claims that Deming Police tried taking Eckert to an emergency room in Deming, but a doctor there refused to perform the anal cavity search citing it was “unethical.”

But physicians at the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City agreed to perform the procedure and a few hours later, Eckert was admitted.

What Happened

While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures. A review of Eckert’s medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:

1. Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.

2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

4. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

5. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

6. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.

8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.

Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures.

“If the officers in Hidalgo County and the City of Deming are seeking warrants for anal cavity searches based on how they’re standing and the warrant allows doctors at the Gila Hospital of Horrors to go in and do enemas and colonoscopies without consent, then anyone can be seized and that’s why the public needs to know about this,” Kennedy said.

“This is like something out of a science fiction film, anal probing by government officials and public employees,” Kennedy said.

Russell Brand: we deserve more from our democratic system
Following his appearance on Newsnight, the comedian explains why he believes there are alternatives to our current regime

The Guardian, Tuesday 5 November 2013 12.57 EST

I've had an incredible week since I spoke from the heart, some would say via my arse, on Paxman. I've had slaps on the back, fist bumps, cheers and hugs while out and about, cock-eyed offers of political power from well intentioned chancers and some good ol' fashioned character assassinations in the papers.

The people who liked the interview said it was because I'd articulated what they were thinking. I recognise this. God knows I'd love to think the attention was about me but I said nothing new or original, it was the expression of the knowledge that democracy is irrelevant that resonated. As long as the priorities of those in government remain the interests of big business, rather than the people they were elected to serve, the impact of voting is negligible and it is our responsibility to be more active if we want real change.

Turns out that among the disenchanted is Paxman himself who spends most of his time at the meek heart of the political establishment and can't summons up the self-delusion to drag his nib across the ballot box. He, more than any of us is aware that politicians are frauds. I've not spent too much time around them, only on the telly, it's not pleasant; once you've been on Question Time and seen Boris simpering under a make-up brush it's difficult to be enthusiastic about politics.

The only reason to vote is if the vote represents power or change. I don't think it does. I fervently believe that we deserve more from our democratic system than the few derisory tit-bits tossed from the carousel of the mighty, when they hop a few inches left or right. The lazily duplicitous servants of The City expect us to gratefully participate in what amounts to little more than a political hokey cokey where every four years we get to choose what colour tie the liar who leads us wears.

The Royal Family is to be granted absolute protection from public scrutiny in a controversial legal reform designed to draw a veil of secrecy over the affairs of the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William.

Letters, emails and documents relating to the monarch, her heir and the second in line to the throne will no longer be disclosed even if they are in the public interest.

Sweeping changes to the Freedom of Information Act will reverse advances which had briefly shone a light on the royal finances – including an attempt by the Queen to use a state poverty fund to heat Buckingham Palace – and which had threatened to force the disclosure of the Prince of Wales's prolific correspondence with ministers.

Lobbying and correspondence from junior staff working for the Royal Household and Prince Charles will now be held back from disclosure. Buckingham Palace confirmed that it had consulted with the Coalition Government over the change in the law. The Government buried the plan for "added protection" for the Royal Family in the small print of plans called "opening up public bodies to public scrutiny".

Flame grids have alerted hu-manity to its impending dissolution, and hu-manity has in large part responded.

Grids for birthing, en masse, of the Gaia Hue-manity proforma community, are fully in place, and will remain.

hu-manity paradigm can not continue, as it lacks energetic support, on all dimensions.

Participation of Hue-manity with dissolved paradigms is not supported.

Energetics of Gaia current remain stable.

REMOVING THE SHACKLES: To Bank or Not to Bank, that is the question.

MONDAY, 4 NOVEMBER 2013

To Bank or Not to Bank, that is the question.

First off, before I get started, I want to apologize- to you the readers and to Heather for the mistaken titles that I picked for the articles that I put out a few days ago with all of the Declarations in them.  I will be re-titling the articles as soon as I finish this article so that there is no more confusion.

A few days ago I published the articles  "New Banking Docs: Original PDFs", and  "Declaration of Deposit, Receipt, Conversion, & Account: Banking Documents".   I need to clarify this microscopically, in full transparency: The titles stating "Banking Docs" were NOT Heather's words nor her choice of title.  At no time has Heather called these documents "Banking document", because they are not.  They are Declarations that stand alone or together.   I titled the articles "Banking docs" because I thought it was the best way to get everyone's attention..... it wasn't until I spoke with Heather this morning that I even realized the mistake I had made in calling the Declarations "Banking Docs".

These Declarations CAN be used if someone chooses to interact, or "play", with the banks.  Yes, absolutely.  But these documents are Declarations that stand alone or work together, that declare that you are Eternal Essence, you are I and what your value IS and who has control of it and how to work with other perceptions of I with your value.

Again, I apologize for  putting words in Heather's mouth that she did NOT speak and for confusing people with the use of the words "banking documents" in the titles of these two articles.

Below are a few of the conversations that have been happening in various skype rooms on the topic of using the Declarations in a banking system.  I give my point of view on certain aspects and caution that people need to understand FULLY all parts and ramifications of dealing with the banks.
At the very bottom I share a conversation between Heather, Bill (AK) and I about Karen Hudes, the purported "Whistleblower".... LITTERALLY from The World Bank.

XXXX: After a night of serious discussion and a few hours of sleep- my niece has asked me to let her send you a message here on Skype since she has been dissecting all of what we have been discussing and reading all of the documents Heather provided- she is a Senior Financial officer for one of our illustrious banks! But at this time, shall remain anonymous.  I am going to hit the CAPS button and she is taking it away!
